SP_DirtyTackle3 St. Peter’s Dirty Tackle

This smooth, moreish, full bodied, malty ale is red chestnut in color with a complex fruity and roasted aroma. Medium bitterness. 5.2% ABV. Available in 16.9oz bottles.

English-Ale Organic English Ale

Water is extracted from the brewery’s 300 feet deep borehole and combined with the U.K. Soil Association accredited light malted barley from Norfolk. Organic Hallertau hops from New Zealand provide the distinctive palate. The yeast used is St. Peter’s own single strand variety.

The result is a delicate, clean, crisp, lightly carbonated, traditional English ale with a full citrus hop aftertaste. This lovely beer won the top prize in the Soil Association’s annual awards in 2002.

India-Pale-Ale India Pale Ale

India Pale Ale gets its name and unique style from British brewers who were making beer for export to India. This style has an intense hop flavor which was used to preserve the beer for the long voyage.

India Pale Ale has a golden to copper color with a medium maltiness and body. Suffolk-grown First Gold hops provide the inspiration for this premium beer which is brewed with Suffolk malt to produce a full bodied bitter ale with a lasting hop aroma. Serve chilled or at ambient temperature

Old-Style-Porter Old Style Porter

This fine beer is a blend of a mature old ale and a younger light beer – just as a true Porter should be. The marriage produces an extremely characterful brew which is dark in colour and complex in taste.

Gold Medal Winner, What’s Brewing Awards 2004
